Middle Bull Creek Flat

Notes: Middle Bull Creek Flat, also known as Patriarch Forest, is an alluvial flat located beside Bull Creek, between Upper Bull Creek Flat and Lower Bull Creek Flat, in Humboldt Redwoods State Park.

Bull Creek Flat includes the largest tree in Humboldt Redwoods State Park (Bull Creek Giant) and 1 of the 10 largest coast redwoods (Bull Creek Giant). The flat contains 40 trees taller than 350 ft (106.78 m), 9 trees taller than 360 ft (109.73 m), and 1 tree larger 35,000 ft3 (991 m3).
