Walker Grove

Notes: Walker Grove, also known as Clinton L. Walker Grove, is located between Godwood and Prairie Creeks in Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park. In 1959, Della Brooks Walker Van Löben Sels donated $14,000 to Save the Redwoods League to preserve this tract of old growth redwood forest in memory of her late husband, lumberman Clinton L. Walker, who died in 1944.

Walker Grove includes 2 of the 30 largest coast redwoods (West Ridge Giant and Godwood Creek Giant). The grove contains 1 tree taller than 350 ft (106.68 m), 3 trees larger than 20,000 ft3 (566 m3), and 2 trees larger than 25,000 ft3 (708 m3).

Godwood Creek Giant is the tallest tree and West Ridge Giant is the largest tree in Walker Grove.
